Shipping Policy

At Mason & Maeve, we strive to process and deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Processing time takes 2-3 business days, during which we confirm your order, perform quality checks, and prepare it for shipping.

Delivery Time

  • Australia: Orders typically arrive within 6-12 business days.
  • Other Locations: We ship outside Australia with a shipping fee. Typically arrives 10-15 business days.

Shipping Options

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders placed within Australia. If free shipping does not apply, a standard shipping fee of $4.99 will be added at checkout.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

If you’ve changed your mind and would like to return the item, you have 30 days to do so. Please contact us support@masonmaeve.com so we can assist you with the return process.

Items must be shipped to our international processing center, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (e.g., if you paid with a credit card, the refund will be credited back to that card).

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@masonmaeve.com so we can assist you. Kindly include a photo of the parcel and item to help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Once we receive your return, please allow 10-14 business daysfor processing.

If you’d like to change or exchange an item, please contact us so we can guide you through the process. We’ll need to check the price difference first, as it may be higher or lower. Once we confirm the details, you’ll need to return the original item and place a new order after we accept the return. Let us know how we can assist you!

Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

At Mason & Maeve, we follow Australian Consumer Law (ACL) to ensure fair shopping. If your item is faulty, unsafe, or not as described, you’re entitled to a full refund or replacement. For minor issues, we may offer a repair, replacement, or partial refund.

We do not accept change-of-mind returns unless stated in our policy. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us immediately. Digital products are also covered if they are faulty or inaccessible.
